Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kira, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kira is an AI-powered personal assistant for real estate professionals and service providers. Each agent is assigned a dedicated phone number and uses it to send personalized emails, SMS reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up messages to their existing clients and contacts.

Program name: Kira (by Cloudidr). Operated by CLOUDIDR, INC. Kira is a 1:1 conversational messaging service. Each agent is assigned a dedicated phone number which they use to (a) converse with their Kira AI assistant, and (b) exchange messages with their existing clients and contacts. Message types include AI assistant replies, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, status updates, and personal notifications. Because Kira is a conversational line, message frequency depends on agent and contact activity — there is no fixed cap. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact support@cloudidr.com. Mobile phone numbers, consent, and any opt-in information collected through Kira will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Every SMS includes a STOP opt-out instruction. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you will receive no further messages from that number. This opt-out is processed automatically and immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. To opt back in after opting out, reply START.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate relationship with contacts you message through Kira. You may not use Kira to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to contacts who have opted out. Misuse may result in account suspension.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@cloudidr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Kira and its underlying software are owned by CLOUDIDR, INC. You retain ownership of content you create through the platform (emails, drafts, notes). You grant Cloudidr a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service.

Kira is provided "as is." CLOUDIDR, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses from undelivered messages or AI-generated content errors.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Kira after changes constitutes acceptance.
