Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect data you add to the platform — contacts, calendar events, email drafts, and notes. Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps) is collected automatically to improve the service.

We use your data solely to operate and improve Kira. This includes sending emails and SMS messages on your behalf, syncing your Google Calendar and Gmail, and generating AI-assisted drafts and reminders. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Each agent on the Kira platform is assigned a dedicated phone number. Kira is a 1:1 conversational messaging service — agents converse with their AI assistant and exchange messages with their existing clients and contacts from that dedicated number. Contacts' phone numbers are used only to deliver messages the agent initiates within an established business relationship. Because Kira is conversational, message frequency depends on agent and contact activity — there is no fixed cap. Message and data rates may apply. Contacts can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@cloudidr.com. Mobile phone numbers, consent, and any opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including Anthropic (AI), Twilio (SMS), Google (Gmail and Calendar integration), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and database). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@cloudidr.com.

Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Amazon RDS. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We apply industry-standard security practices and review them regularly.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@cloudidr.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
